Cody’s place was great for a couple’s getaway. The beach is split between the main house Airbnb, so be aware you’re very close to others. Our side of the beach was weedy but the water itself was very clean. There was only one chair and one kayak available for us. Adding one of each would make it more convenient for a couple. I appreciate the owners letting us check in a few hours early. Communication was very quick when I had questions about which items were ours and which belonged to the house AirBnb
The place was very clean, and it being on the lake was absolutely beautiful
The property is beautiful, quiet & relaxing! The neighbors (i think they mentioned being in-laws to the family of the property) were extremely nice and friendly! The hot tub was fantastic, as well as the selection of board games! The beach does have a section for the Tiki Retreat, as well as the main house in front of the Tiki Retreat, so the beach isn’t “private” per say, you just have your own section!
