What is your cancellation policy?

If you have booked direct on our website, we have a 3 day cancellation policy. Any cancellations more than 3 days prior to the reservation will be a full refund. Cancellations within the 3 day window will result in equivalent to a 1 night stay plus fees. Bookings from other platforms have their own cancellation policy which can be upwards of 7 days.
