Cancellations are only permitted within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
After that initial 48-hour period, you may cancel at least 30 days prior to your check-in date to receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled after this 30-day window are non-refundable. Please note that the 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.
For bookings made within 7 days of your check-in date, they are considered non-refundable. The 48-hour cancellation period does not apply to these last-minute reservations.
Our Extenuating Circumstances policy does not cover travel disruptions caused by COVID-19.
If you booked on a third-party site (like Airbnb or Vrbo), please review their specific cancellation policies, as they may differ from ours.
